Rowley Hospital (formerly Capio Rowley Hospital) is a leading private hospital located in a Georgian listed building in 5 acres of Rowley Park. Only 5 minutes from the centre of Stafford, the hospital is conveniently located for transport, by road or rail.

The hospital opened in 1987 and currently has 14 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities to ensure complete privacy. Each room has its own direct dial telephone, TV and DVD as well as comfortable facilities for your visitors. Meals are served in your room and menus comprise of a selection of dishes, all freshly prepared.

The hospital also has a 5 bay ambulatory unit.

Clinical Services

A wide range of surgical procedures is offered along with diagnostic and treatment facilities including X-ray, ultrasound and MRI. The hospital has an on site Physiotherapy department that is staffed by Chartered Physiotherapists. Over 50 consultants support the hospital across an extensive range of specialities and have access to 5 private consulting rooms for outpatient appointments.

Rowley Hospital now offer a comprehensive skin cancer screening service (The Mole Clinic), which take a radical new approach to the assessment and the diagnosis of skin cancer. This is a nurse led service examining moles and assessing for any risk of melanoma.

Treatments at the hospital also include colonoscopy, hernia surgery, cataract surgery, gastroscopy, Laser Eye Correction, Laser Hair Removal, and varicose veins surgery.
