Helix have developed a comprehensive stress audit tool which companies can use to identify levels and reasons for organisational stress - departmental / horizontal / global. Following the HSE guidelines, the tool is fully configurable to suit the specific dynamics of each client or group.
Preventative health / wellness
In order to be most effective, health education programmes need to be focused and topical. Helix works with the organisation to target the subjects of greatest interest or concern which might include coronary heart disease, diet & exercise, smoking, drugs and alcohol, stress, backcare, skincare, mental health.
To help ensure health promotion is effective, Helix can provide a simple audit across the client company, or representative part of it, to establish the health status of the workforce and the specific concerns they may have.
Facilitated medical services
In British companies the areas of Health, Safety, Environment, Welfare, Employee Benefits, Training etc may be managed within a single discipline or unit, by a number of groups & departments, or as entirely separate functions. Some companies whose resources are shared between several of these areas, may want to work with as few providers as possible, to minimise administration.
Recognising this, Helix offers a range of additional, complementary services which can be facilitated, and where appropriate, managed by us but delivered by experts in the relevant field. They establish with the client the areas of concern, objectives, priorities and budget, then explore the possibilities with potential partners resulting in production of a solution, or range of options
